s Navigation to Cape Horn aboard M/V Mare Australis Sail Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego through the Strait of Magellan and Beagle Channel between the Chilean city of Punta Arenas and the Argentine city of Ushuaia.
Mare Australis offers daily shore excursions through glaciers, bays, forests, islands and as a new feature, Cape Horn, where the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans meet.

DAY 01 Saturday Punta Arenas: embarkment in the Expedition Cruise Ship Mare Australis" and welcome cocktail.
DAY 02 Sunday
Navigation through Almirantazgo Sound.
Disembarkment in Ainsworth Bay to observe Marinelli Glacier from a distance and visit a colony of Elephant Seals.
Disembarkment in Tucker Islet where a colony of Magellan penguins can be appreciated.
DAY 03 Monday Navigation through D'Agostini Fjord to approach Serrano and DAgostini Glaciers.
Disembarkment at Cóndor Glacier.
Navigation through the Magdalena Channel to approach Brecknock Channel.
DAY 04 Tuesday Navigation through the north-west arm of the Beagle Channel where passengers can enjoy the Avenue of the Glaciers.
Disembarkment at Yendegaia Bay (Tierra del Fuego).
Disembarkment at Puerto Williams (Optional tours).
DAY 05 Wednesday Arrival in Ushuaia.

Punta Arenas - Ushuaia segment´s passengers disembarking.
Embarkment of new passengers with destination to Punta Arenas.
Day 06 Thursday Navigation towards Cape Horn passing through Murray Channel.
Disembarkment at Cape Horn National Park.

DAY 07 Friday Navigation towards Garibaldi Glacier and disembarkment in Zodiacs at a nearby beach to do a hike into a virgin forest.
Navigation through OBrien and Ballenero Channels, Desolated Bay, Aguirre Pass and Brecknock Channel
DAY 08 Saturday
Disembarkment at Isla Magdalena, where we will enjoy observing a colony of more than 120,000 Magellan penguins (between October and March).
Walk to San Isidro Lighthouse which guided exploring sailors in their journeys through the Strait of Magellan.
11:00 hrs. disembarkment in Punta Arenas and the end of the expedition.

AA CABINS 45 available.
Distributed among decks 2, 3 and 4. 8 have one double bed and remaining have two twin size beds (1.2 meters wide).
A CABINS 12 available Located on the second deck towards the back end of the vessel. 2 have one double bed and 10 have two twin size beds (1.2 meters wide).
B CABINS 6 available. Located on the first deck . They all have two twin size low beds.(1.2 meters wide). Three of them have aditional high berth increasing its capacity to a triple cabin.
