Hotel Explora in Torres del Paine National Park

Our peculiar characteristic is that we are connoisseurs of our own land in the south of South America. We believe that for any trip, the importance is to combine human experience with respect for nature. We strive for the delight of discovering remote places.
On the shores of Lago Pehoé, and inmersed in a privileged environment, Explora built the Hotel Salto Chico, architecturally one of the most remarkable in South America. It was conceived as a center of explorations, and accordingly equipped. There are choices for everyone, couples or families, groups or singles.

We are concerned of the details

For example, our bed linen was selected in Barcelona, tapestries from New York, chinaware from England, and the wicker furniture from Chimbarongo. All of our furniture is hand made with different types of the finest local woods. The hotel facilities include fax, telephone, radio and television receiving international channels. For outside recreation there are facilities for open air jacuzzis, saunas, swimming pool and of course our own dock, an all the comforts of an hotel at the highest level.
